Principal reviews current academic, social, medical, and psychological evaluations. The following documents must be provided:

2008-2009 Admissions, Tuition and Fees Schedule

Application Fee for New Students (Non-Refundable)    $50.00 per child

Registration Fee for New and Returning Students (Non-Refundable)  $165.00 per child

(If registration is submitted before March l, 2008 the fee is $100.00 per child)

Fee enables Student Accident Insurance coverage, Standardized Testing, Archdiocesan tax, TCCED Accreditation

Tuition Catholic Rate  **(Non-Refundable)   (7:30 A.M. – 3:15 P.M.)

Grades 1 – 6

            1 Child $3,100.00 per school year or 10 monthly payments $310.00.

            2 Children $3,900.00 per school year or 10 monthly payments $390.00.

            3 Children $4,100.00 per school year or 10 monthly payments $410.00.

Pre-K 4 and Kinder

            1 Child $3,350.00 per school year or 10 monthly payments $335.00.

            2 Children $3,900.00 per school year or 10 monthly payments $390.00.

            3 Children $4,250.00 per school year or 10 monthly payments $425.00

Early Childhood credit $100.00 towards September tuition if registered before March 1, 2008.

Pre-K 3

            1 Child $3,600 per school year or 10 monthly payments $360.00.

            2 Children $4,150.00 per school year or 10 monthly payments $415.00.

            3 Children $4,500.00 per school year or 10 monthly payments $450.00.

Early Childhood credit $100.00 towards September tuition if registered before March 1, 2008.

Tuition Open Rate (Non-Refundable) (7:30 a.m.– 3:15 p.m.)

Grades 1 – 6

            1 Child $3,500.00 per school year or 10 monthly payments $350.00.

            2 Children $3,950.00 per school year or 10 monthly payments of $395.00.

            3 Children $4,350.00 per school year of 10 monthly payments of $435.00.

Pre-K 3, Pre-K 4, and Kinder

            1 Child $4,500.00 per school year or 10 monthly payments $450.00

            2 Children $5,050.00 per school year or 10 monthly payments of $505.00.

            3 Children $5,600.00 per school year or 10 monthly payments of $560.00.

**Tuition is a non-refundable annual payment made by contractual agreement.  Payments may be made in one annual payment or 10 monthly payments beginning August 1, 2008 due on or before the 10^th of each month.  In order to be classified for the Catholic rate, the parent or legal guardian must be registered in any Catholic Church within the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston and noted on the School’s application form.

Book Fee:

$200.00 per student. (fee includes book rental, curriculum materials, some school supplies/art supplies).

Activity Fee:

$25.00 per student. (fee includes related class activities to include School sponsored dances, Christmas Parties and others).

Annual School Fundraising Fee per family:  $400.00

Extended Day Program Fees:

            Early Morning Program: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. - $1.00 per student

            After School Program: 3:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. –

                        1 Student $40.00 per week or $10.00 per day.

                        2 Students $45.00 per week or $15.00 per day.

                        3 Students $55.00 per week or $20.00 per day.

                        (fees are pro-rated at a rate of $5.00 per hour till 5:00 p.m.)

                        (late Pick-up of child: $1.00 per minute for the first 15 minutes.

                        $10.00 per next 15 minute intervals.)

Possible Additional Fees:

**Late Tuition: $25.00 per month. (will be enforced)

**NSF Check:             $40.00 per check.

**Athletic Fee: $40.00 per student who participates in OLF Sports program.

(fees cover use of uniform, team equipment, league fees, and   referee fees). Payable at the start of the competition.

** 5^th Graders Camp Kappe Fee: $85.00 payable 2 weeks prior to Camp and 75 aluminum cans.

Volunteer Hour Fee for Volunteer Hours (20) not completed on campus or at a School sponsored event by May 20,2007, is assessed at $10.00 per volunteer hours remaining. Participation must be verified via Volunteer Verification Slip.
